「振翅高飛」計劃之參觀香港專業烘培職業訓練中心
本校6名來自中四的學生，參加了由救世軍新界西綜合服務主辦的「振翅高飛」計劃。課程內容包括職業技能訓練及參觀商業機構等。同學更會獲得工作實習機會，今次課堂同學到香港專業烘培職業訓練中心，學習咖啡知識、使用沖調咖啡的工具、拉花的技巧， 最後同學亦有品嚐自己製作的咖啡。
