Application for School Attendance Certificate and Transcripts

Application Methods: 

1) Applicants can download the application forms from the school website.

2) Applicants are required to pay an administration fee of HK$20. Payment can be made via the following methods:
i. By cash in person at the school’s General Office
ii. By online payment through PPS

iii. By cheque payment
Payable to “The IMC of PAOC Ka Chi Secondary School”

Applicants should provide the name, contact number or email address at the back of the cheque.

iv. By money transfer payment

HSBC Account No.: 004-808-559470-002

3) After filling in the application form(s), with the proof of payment, applicants should mail/fax or submit the form(s) in person to the school.

On the cover of the envelope please specify: “Application for School Attendance Certificate/Transcripts”

4) The requested letter(s) will be ready in 7 working days. Applicants can receive the letter(s) in person at the General Office. For mailing option, applicants should provide their name and mailing address in their application form.
