 Esther Choy Lok Yiu from Form 4H has been successfully shortlisted by SCMP to take part in a two-month fitness challenge called “Up Your Game Challenge”. She has also teamed up with five other candidates from different schools to join Mud Race in April. Can she overcome all the difficulties in her training and the race?
