如何讓身體變得更健康?

當你聽到「運動」這名詞的時候,心中想到甚麼?對一些經常坐著的人來說,「運動」令他們想起揮汗如雨、疲憊、氣喘吁吁,還有經常感到自責、挫敗和無望。

然而,新研究發現保持身體健康再不需要讓自己筋疲力竭,而是強調適度和愉快的運動,對身心大有益處,透過輕鬆簡易的運動讓你的身體更健康。
