Having the topic ‘Upcycling’ in the lunchtime activity on 28 February in 2018 was the highlight for our form 2 students. It is also viewed as an extension of our form 2 English curriculum as they have been learning the concept of upcycling, a way to make useful things like new furniture or objects out of old and unwanted material, in the unit Saving Our Planet. This unique experience challenged our students’ thinking and gave them an amazing memory in learning English.
