This was a unique English learning activity where form 6 students could sing the Chinese opera “帝女花” in English. This activity also allowed our students glimpse of beats from a traditional Chinese opera. We were delighted to have form 3 English Ambassadors facilitating the activity with the theme ‘Romance’ and their costumes. Students had a chance to interact with their classmates / schoolmates in English. We were amazingly surprised that students stepped out of their comfort zone and explore themselves in the Chinese opera in English
