多謝Ms. Azra Sultana教導家長們製作南亞特色食品–印度咖哩雞!印度咖哩能擠身世界級美食之列,必然有它吸引之處,當香濃的咖哩汁配上美味嫩滑的雞肉,確實令人食指大動!

咖喱對印度人來說,就是「把許多香料混合在一起煮」的意思,有可能是由數種包括有紅辣椒、姜、丁香、肉桂、茴香、肉豆蔻、黑胡椒以及黃薑粉等數十種香料所組成。看看家長們十分投入地製作咖哩,加入各種香料,令整個家政室充斥著南亞食品的香味!
